ADA Accessibility
Disco Presents welcomes attendees with disabilities.
Accommodations
We are dedicated to providing an accessible festival experience to all fans. So What?! Music Festival will feature an array of accessible features, including parking, restrooms, viewing platforms, and more.
Continue reading to learn more about the efforts we are taking to ensure everyone has a great festival experience.
Festival Grounds
Disco Presents festival sites typically feature flat terrain comprising a variety of surfaces, including dirt/sand paths, grass, and blacktop/concrete. Given the outdoor setting, weather conditions such as rain may affect the ground conditions. Distances between different areas within the festival grounds and between stages can be considerable.
Our festival ADA team is available to support patrons with disabilities in navigating the festival grounds. Please reach out to the accessibility team on-site or refer to the Request Accommodation section for assistance.
Entering the Festival
For cars: All disabled patrons will enter event parking and request ADA parking by showing state-issued ADA documentation, such as hangtag or license plate sticker/registration. Companion cars must arrive together. No spaces are saved for a later arrival.
Viewing Platforms
At Disco Presents festivals, each stage features elevated accessible viewing platforms. These platforms are designed for guests who use mobility devices, have significant mobility disabilities, or have difficulty standing for long periods of time. Our festival ADA team and/or security personnel will oversee the management of these viewing platforms.
Customer Service
Customer service is one place where guests with disabilities can get information and request services inside the festival grounds.
At camping festivals, customer service is also available in the campgrounds.
Restrooms
Disco Presents festivals include accessible port-a-potties in both festival and camping areas adjacent to the general restroom facilities, and always near the accessible viewing platforms.
Powered Mobility Devices
Motorized wheelchairs and three- or four-wheeled scooters are permitted at Disco Presents festivals. For safety reasons, guests may NOT use personal golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, two-wheeled scooters, or motorbikes, either in the venue itself or in the parking and camping areas.
Prescription Medicines
Prescriptions must have a prescription label and matching photo ID. For the safety of our staff and patrons, please dispose of all medical waste/syringes in the proper receptacles in our medical tents. Guests needing a refrigerated or cool location to store their medicines can contact ada@discodonniepresents.com to make those arrangements.
Special Dietary Needs
If a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, a personal amount of food will be allowed into the festival, if accompanied by a doctor’s note. Please contact ada@discodonniepresents.com with any questions or concerns.
Interpreting Services
Please make your requests as early as possible, preferably 60 days prior to the festival. Send requests to ada@discodonniepresents.com.

Service Animals
Disco Presents festivals welcome and support the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal. What we DO NOT support, and will not tolerate, are pets being misrepresented by their owners as service animals. Please leave your pet at home.
Service Animal Definition
A ‘service animal’ is defined as “any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability.” Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed at Disco Presents festivals. Please note that all service dogs, including those from out of state, are subject to local dog ordinances, which include a valid rabies certificate.
Service Animal Policies
For patrons with disabilities who wish to bring their legitimate service animal to Disco Presents festivals, Disco Presents asks that you review and follow the policies outlined below:
- Service animals must be accompanied by the handler with the disability at all times.
- Service animals must be under the control and supervision of their handler at all times.
- Service animals are not permitted to be left unattended under any circumstances.
- Handlers are required to be prepared for and clean up after, their animals at all times.
- We reserve the right to remove and/or refuse access to any service animal from the campgrounds or venue if that animal is deemed to be a health or safety threat to festival patrons, staff, or other service animals, or in violation of these policies.
- All service animals must be credentialed by the Disco Presents festivals staff (see Service Animal Procedures).
Service Animal Procedures
All patrons with disabilities attending Disco Presents festivals this year with a service animal will need to have that animal credentialed by Disco Presents festivals staff before entering the main gate. This process will be performed quickly and respectfully by Accessibility Staff.
When you arrive at Disco Presents festivals, please visit the Access Tent near the main gate. Staff will speak with you, record your contact information, and provide a collar tag for your service animal. Security/Staff will be on the lookout for all animals to have a properly credentialed Disco Presents festival collar tag.
Remember, service animals are allowed. All other dogs are not!
